Each user is permitted to hold only one account on the shell777 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed.

During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate and current information. shell777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time for account verification purposes. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share it with anyone. All activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have reported to shell777 that your account has been accessed without authorisation. All financial transactions on the shell777 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include DuitNow, Touch 'n Go and direct bank transfers to approved local banks. Deposits will be credited to your account once payment is confirmed by the system. Processing times vary depending on the payment method selected. DuitNow is typically instant, while bank transfers may take up to one business day.

Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered and verified under the same user's name. shell777 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Users are responsible for ensuring that the bank account details provided are accurate and up to date. shell777 is not liable for any losses resulting from incorrect bank account information submitted by the user.

Any charges or fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are the user's responsibility. shell777 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request deemed suspicious while an investigation is ongoing.

Shell777 provides the platform on an "as is" basis without any implied or express warranties. We do not guarantee that the platform will always be available without interruption, or free from errors or computer viruses. While we strive to deliver the best experience, technical disruptions or maintenance may occur from time to time.

Shell777 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of profits, data or business opportunities.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy:

• Accounts may be temporarily suspended at the user's own request or at shell777's discretion during an investigation.
• An account may be permanently closed if the user breaches any of the stated terms, is found to have committed fraud, or upon the user's own written request.
• Once an account is permanently closed due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited at shell777's discretion.
• Voluntary account closures will be processed within seven business days, and any valid balance will be returned once verification is complete.
